Re: Hilfe beim Einrichten von Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus

Ich bin gerade beim Einstieg mit iobroker. Ich hatte den Dongle einmal eingebunden und konnte auch Geräte koppeln und auslesen. Nach einer Neuinstallation kann ich jetzt den dongle nicht mehr einbinden. Er bringt jedes mal die Fehlermeldung

"Starting zigbee-herdsman problem : "Error while opening serialport 'Error: Error Resource temporarily unavailable Cannot lock port'""

Der Stick ist nach Anleitung eingebunden.

Die Meldung“cannot lock port“ ist ein folgefehler. Der eigentliche Fehler ist in Zeile 17. dieser deutet darauf hin das der Adapter den Port auf bekommt, aber nicht mit der Firmware kommunizieren kann.
Mögliche Ursachen:

StöRungen durch usb3 (wenn der Koordinator in einem usb3 Port steckt, bzw. neben einem usb3 Port in dem eine hd/ssd steckt
defekte Firmware auf dem Stick
im Adapter ausgewählte Firmware passt nicht zum Stick

@asgothian Dank dir für die Optionen. Wie kann man sich die Firmware zerschießen? Viel wichtiger für mich, wie kann man das beheben? Der lief problemlos bevor ich den Raspberry neu aufgesetzt hatte (Weshalb ich Variante 3 ausschließe). Momentan steckt nichts weiter an dem Raspberry, gut bis auf nen Dongle für eine Funktastatur (Weshalb ich auch Variante 1 ausschließen würde).

Es gibt aber auch Anleitungen für Windows mit diversen Programm. Einfach mal "sonoff Zigbee Dongle Plus flashen" suchen.

Sollte der Adapter nach dem flashen normal starten, ist es normal dass es was dauert bis alle Geräte wider normal funktionieren.
Dir müssen sich erst alle wieder korrekt "finden" und das Netz neu aufbauen.

Ich nicht - die funktastatur funkt auch auf 2.4 GHz. Nimm mal ein usb Verlängerungskabel.

Laut deiner LOG Datei hast du einen V2.
Das ist kein TI Chipsatz sondern ein Silicon Labs

Habe gerade mal nachgelesen das der V2 nur experimentell unterstützt wird. Mich verwundert nur, das der schonmal lief und das problemlos. Nach dem neuaufsetzen des Raspberry bekomme ich den nicht mehr zum laufen. Habe jetzt auch einen Zweiten hier liegen, mit dem selben Fehlerbild. Den Stick würde ich damit als Fehlerquelle ausschließen.

Gibt es bei dem V2 vlt. Besonderheiten die es bei der Installation zu beachten gilt?

Soweit mir bekannt ist läuft die V2 bei vielen Usern sehr stabil.
Ich hab selber nur den V1 im Einsatz.

Du hast aber schon in den Einstellungen den Typ von TI aus Silikon Labs gewechselt?
