Evtl. hast Du noch eine ältere Software-Version auf Deiner judo-Anlage installiert.
Im JU-Control-Portal müsste sich in diesem Fall eine Anzeige finden wie z.B.: "Software-Update verfügbar".

Das Update dauert aber gute 15-30 Minuten

Du hast mir heute sehr viel geholfen, der Techniker hatte es nur aufgestellt und gezeigt, wie man Salz auffüllt. Wlan habe ich anschließend selber gemacht. Von Batterien hatte auch nichts gesagt.
Meine Softwareversion ist 1.0.12. Das Update muss ich über die EMail machen

Im Detail nicht, aber: Neben einigen Einstellungen und Messungen ist im Wartungspreis enthalten lt. Angebot/Rechnung auch ein "Verschleissteil-Set", das getauscht wird (Leitwert-Sensor / Ansaug-Sieb).

Ich habe mich jetzt auch einmal damit beschäftigt.

Der Adapter startet ohne Probleme und ist grün. Ebenfalls erscheinen keinerlei Fehlermeldungen. Er erhält regelmässig das Token und aktualisiert den letzten Aufruf. Das einzige was er erhält ist die Seriennummer.

Trotzdem bleibt der Connection Status immer auf "false". Im Log steht:

Seriennummer und Token habe ich mit xxxxxx überschrieben.

Einloggen über die App oder Web funktioniert mit dem Passwort. Das muss also stimmen.

Hat noch jemand eine Idee?

P.S: Sehe gerade, dass sich im Adapter das Token nicht ändert. Er frägt zwar ab, aber das Token bleibt immer gleich. Liegt es daran?

Hallo,
ich habe den Adapter auch installiert obwohl ich eine i-soft pro habe. Danke an @arteck und alle Tester.
Die Cloudverbindung funktioniert auf Anhieb. Der Adapter wird grün. Leider füllen sich die Datenpunkte nicht bzw. falsch bis auf wenige Werte. Ist auch kein Wunder da der Datensatz etwas anders aussieht oder die Daten anders codiert sind.
Nun meine Frage: Besteht die Möglichkeit in den Adapter auch die i-soft pro zu implementieren?
Im Dateianhang noch die API Referenz mit den Kommandos für die lokale Anbindung.

Bei meiner Judo i-Isoft plus ging mal der lokale Zugriff. Nach einem Firmwareupdate wohl nicht mehr. Gibt’s da einen Trick
