UNSOLVED Discover blocks me at license agreement

I get a lot of "404: not found" errors on license agreement and the screen is shadowboxed and not responsive. Could be pi-hole or something else, but not sure what I need to allow through and I don't see a query.

It is for Loxone - I discover the service and it adds fine before I upgrade the Discovery adapter. But after when I go to add my second miniserver, it pops up a 404 on the license agreement.
