Das ist das Eigenartige. Wenn ich die WIFI-Country DE setze, wird es auch nach einem reboot nicht angenommen.

Dann musst du herausbekommen wo und wie du das WLAN deaktiviert hast.
Möglicherweise kannst du kein Land auswählen, weil es gar kein WLAN gibt

Das wlan ist da, ich kann es ja temporär aktivieren s. o.

Ja, aber das gleiche Problem habe ich auch mit einem buster-rpi.

Mit bullseye hab ich das auch. Gleiche Beobachtung. Da der Raspberry aber per LAN angebunden ist stört mich das nicht. Eher im Gegenteil.

Stört mich grundsätzlich auch nicht, da ich ja für ota-flashen einen temporären Weg gefunden habe.

Mir geht es um's verstehen und machen, einfach nur weil ich es lösen möchte.

Gibt es in der Datei /boot/cmdline.txt einen Eintrag, der auf "rfkill" hinweist?

kannst du aber rauslöschen, die Option gibt es nicht mehr. (In aktuellen Versionen jedenfalls nicht mehr)

Das Hinzufügen von rfkill.default_state=1 in /boot/cmdline.txt hat leider auch nichts gebracht.
Nach einem reboot erhalte ich noch immer:

Wi-Fi is currently blocked by rfkill.
Use raspi-config to set the country before use.

Ich glaube da könnte man per dtoverlay was machen.
Schau mal in die /boot/overlays/README rein.

hast du schon in der 'sudo nano /boot/config.txt' nachgeschaut, ob da nicht 'dtoverlay=disable-wifi' steht.

Hast Recht, wenn ich das eingebe sudo rfkill unblock 0 und ich nicht zu ungeduldig bin, wird das wlan eingeschaltet.

Meine Probleme sind:

• Leider weiß ich nicht, wie es permanent eingeschaltet wird, da es nach jedem reboot wieder deaktiviert ist.

• Zudem verstehe ich nicht, warum die Netzwerkkonfiguration in raspi-config nicht mehr vorhanden ist.

eventuell in der /etc/dhcpcd.conf eintragen

So, ich habe das jetzt nochmal rekapituliert und konnte die Ursache ermitteln.

Das Laden der Treiber für wlan und auch bluetooth war in der /etc/modprobe.d/raspi-blacklist.conf deaktiviert.
