      Zigbee Adapter 1.6.16
      Sonoff Zigbee 3 USB Dongle

      I've encountered the following problem.

I use a Zigbee Installation at RasperryPi 4 with an Sonoff Zibee 3 USB Dongle. I (currently) connected two Ikea switches to it.

Suddenly BOTH of the devices are not reachable / do not cause any action at the adapter. Even if near the Adapter (less than 0,5m).

I already restarted the pi several times including a complete power down for one or two minutes. All otehr adapters work normally.

The zigbee logs the follwing info during startup (with debug herdsman enabled)

      zigbee.0 2022-04-01 14:10:02.121	info	Zigbee started

@arteck do you or anyone else have a hint how to diagnose further whats going wrong?
Is there any easy way to verify that the USB Dongle is OK? (The read led is on near the antenna)

      Thanks
      McM

          The problem has been solved.

The ZigBees use channel 11. And my Fritzbox with about 1m distance decided to use WLAN channel 1. Together with a quaterly Backup of some WLAN devices the zigbees were unable to communicate.

Channel scan showed 187% usage for chanlle 11...

Solved by fixing WLAN to channel 11
