TasmoAdmin in Proxmox läuft nicht

Hallo zusammen,

Habe TasmoAdmin in Proxmox nach dieser Anleitung installiert:

Leider kommt dann wenn ich IP:9999 aufrufe nur dieses hier auf der Seite:

Jemand evtl eine idee was ich falsch gemacht habe?

mit dieser Anleitung https://github.com/reloxx13/TasmoAdmin/wiki/Guide-for-Ubuntu-Server-16.04 ging es dann plötzlich.
