SOLVED keine Adapterinstallation oder update möglich

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem und suche Hilfe !!

ich kann seit Tagen keine Adapter installieren und auch die vorhandenen nicht updaten.
Mir werden die Update´s angezeigt aber sie werden nicht installiert.
