UNSOLVED Windows 10 Installation schlägt fehl

Auf meinem PC ist Visual Studio 2017 schon installiert.
Beim Versuch, Iobroker per Installer als Administrator zu installieren, bricht die Installation mit einem Fehlerdialog ab.
Dort steht:

Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.
Fehler bim Asführen vswhere.exe -property
InstallationVersion -format value -products
Microsoft.VisualStudio.Product.BuildTools -utf8: Program
ended with an error exit code.
