UNSOLVED Massive Probleme mit Zigbee nach Neustart

3*Raspi 3b, node-js 12.19.0, NPM 6.14.8, js-controller 3,1,6
Zigbee 1.3.1 lief bis gestern ohne Probleme, ich hatte gestern sowohl die Slaves als auch den Master "durchgebootet (mit shutdown) und danach erkannte zigbee den Stick nicht mehr, Fehlermeldung
zigbee.0 (32298) Serial port not selected! Go to settings page.Neustart, Umstecken des Sticks, erneute Auswahl des Ports hat alles nichts gebracht, ich habe dann irgendwann den Adapter auf 1.2.0 "downgegradet" und dann lief wieder alles problemlos.

Ich bin jetzt erstmal wieder auf die 1.2.0 gegangen und alles läuft. Hat hier jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte?
