Ahhhh - NEIN! Niemals manuell eine eigene Version der Library installieren. Die ist eng mit dem Adapter verzahnt.

ich habe den ZWave2.0 noch nicht installiert bei mir, steht noch auf meiner ToDo-Liste.
Aber ich kann Dir sagen, dass mit dem alten ZWave und den Razberry ich auch das Device auf
/dev/ttyAMA0
habe.Aber hast Du bei dem neuaufsetzen das beherzigt, was @paul53 geschrieben hat:
- Z-Way? Dann greift die sich den Razberry und der Zugriff ist blockiert.
Es kann immer nur ein Tool auf ein serielles Gerät zugreifen, ausser es wird jedesmal extra abgemeldet, dies wäre aber hier nicht der Fall.
Ist schon lange her, dass ich den Razberry installiert habe, damals hatte ich auch erst noch getestet und mir glaub ich auch Z-Way oder so draufgemacht, um zu schauen, ob das Teil funzt.
Ich habe gerade mal den ZWave2.0 installiert und meinen ZWave ausgeschaltet und den einfach mit /dev/ttyAMA0 gestartet und er läuft, findet allerdings die alten Geräte nicht mehr, da ja jetzt ein anderer Schlüssel da ist, aber er hat den Razberry als NODE1 drin. -

Habe keine eigene Version der Library installiert, alles ist Standard. Ich hatte das System ja neu aufgesetzt. Alles ganz frisch, im ioBroker nur admin.0, discovery.0 und info.0 und den zwave2. Kein Z-WAY installiert, damit der Port nicht durch eine andere SW belegt wird.Hier meine aktuelle Konfiguration:

Habe jetzt mal den zwave2 Adapter im ioBroker gelöscht und neu hinzugefügt. Wenn man ihn hinzugügt, kommt zwar im ioBroker-Log die Meldung No serial port configured, aber dann trage ich ja den Port ein. Ist eventuell nur bem Hinzugügen so. Dann habe ich den Adaper mal beendet (08:05 Uhr) und neu gestartet (08:07 Uhr).

Das NAK wundert mich. Ich muss dazu sagen, es gibt bisher keine Geräte im Z-Wave-Netz, die ich angelernt habe, alles noch ganz leer.
Komisch ist auch, dass unter /opt/iobroker/iobroker-data es kein zwave2.0/cache Verzeichnis gibt. Liegt aber vielleicht auch daran, weil keine Verbindung zustande kommt. Der Adapter bleibt im Status gelb, also true, true, false.
In Deinem angegebenen Link beschreibst Du, dass bei einem NAK wohl die Kommunikation mit dem Gerät nicht geklappt hat und eventuell eine Geräte-Konfiguration fehlt und man einen Pull-Request im zwave-js repo anlegen sollte. Dort gibt es auch einen Link zu einer Doku, leider funktioniert der Link nicht (https://alcalzone.github.io/node-zwave-js/#/development/config-files). Vielleicht würde ich mit der Beschreibung weiterkommen?

@amagnum Das NAK ist das erste Kommando, was nach dem Start an den Stick gesendet wird, um die Kommunikation zu initialisieren. Kurz danach sollte der Adapter aber mit dem Laden der Konfiguration beginnen - das passiert bei dir nicht. Zeig bitte mal die Ausgabe von:

Also ich habe da keine großartig andere Leistung, einzig benutze ich die Version 1.9.0 schon.
Stell mal unter Haupteinstellungen des iObrokers unter Verwahrungsort auf BETA, dann bekommst auch die 1.9.0.

Habe nun im Verzeichnis /opt/iobroker/node_modules/iobroker.zwave2 den Befehl npm install --production aufgerufen (bin mir aber gerade unsicher, ob ich hier das richtige gemacht habe, Verzweiflungstat). Es wurde sehr viel geladen und übersetzt, es gibt aber gerade im Bereich von serialport viele Warnungen. Ich denke das ist der native Anteil des Treibers. Eventuell kann daher der Adapter nicht mit dem tty kommunizieren.Hier die Ausgaben, leider etwas viel Output:

Das sieht zwar erschreckend aus, ist aber okay so. Kannst du mal eine andere Adapter-Version ausprobieren? Am besten gleich die aktuellste. Adapter stoppen, dann:

Vielleicht ist ja das RaZberry 2 Modul defekt. Ich habe nun einen Z-Wave USB Stick gekauft, wird demnächst geliefert (Modell Aeotec AEOEZW090-C). Dann nehme ich das RaZberry runter und versuche es mit dem Stick.
Oder gibt es eine simple Methode, um mal etwas an das tty zu Senden und zu Empfangen. Früher hatte ich das mit alten Modemverbindungen gemacht. Da gab es immer so einen AT-Befehlssatz, das waren aber reine ASCII-Schnittstellen, hatte früher mit 300 bit/s angefangen. Oh man, das waren noch Zeiten.

Lediglich der Serialport muss umkonfiguriert werden:sudo nano /boot/cmdline.txt -> console=serial0,115200 entfernen
sudo nano /boot/config.txt -> folgendes einfügen bzw Auskommentierung entfernen: dtoverlay=pi3-miniuart-bt enable_uart=1 force_turbo=1 reboot
Das habe ich bei mir auch drin.
Ist leider schon zu lange her, dass ich mein RazBerry in Betrieb genommen habe, aber da ich in der config.txt die Einträge habe, gehe ich mal davon aus, dass ich das gemacht habe.
Ist allerdings bei mir ein PI3 auch. -
@tugsi Inzwischen geht das auch per
raspi-config
meine ich. -
@alcalzone ja funktioniert mit sudo raspi-config. Die Einträge in /boot/config.txt und /boot/cmdline.txt sind bei mir auch korrekt. Leider immer noch keine Verbindung zwischen zwave2-Adapter und ttyAMA0.

@amagnum Heute ist der neue Z-Wave Stick (Modell Aeotec AEOEZW090-C) gekommen. Habe ihn gleich ausprobiert. Das Z-Wave ZMEERAZ2 Modul raus, den neuen rein. TTY wie folgt überprüft:
