USB Webcam am Raspberry will nicht

Experementiere seit 3 Tagen mit einem Pi Zero (software neuster Stand) Läuft als slave am einem Pi 3
Suchmaschine ausgiebig gequält
aber ich komme nicht weiter.

usb Cam: bezeichnung MV-380 (laut Windos)

am 11.1.2022:
Motion Tool installiert: Motion
Webcam Tool installiert: fs webcam
