da ich nicht viel mehr habe irritiert mich die dahinter in IPv4 Format angegebenen IP-Adressen.Ich bin da ganz bei dir, der Controller läuft, aber du kommst nicht auf das Webinterface des admin.
Dies hier habe ich noch auf die Schnelle gefunden:
ps -A | grep iosollte IMHO die laufenden ioBroker Prozesse anzeigen.

das Geheimnis war offenbar wieder
iobroker upload adapterName iobroker start adapterNameAdmin neu installiet und "upload" gemacht.
