VIS instance läßt sich nach BackUp nicht installieren

habe mal mein BackUp auf einen neuen Raspberry 4 gespielt und die VIS instance läßt sich nicht installieren. Woran könnte es liegen ?
selbst wen ich eine neue Instance aufspielen möchte geht es nicht

Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen...

Habe es lösen können !!!
IOBroker nochmal neu aufgespielt, dann die VIS manuell installiert und danach das Backup aufgespielt
