Über Filezilla habe ich keine Berechtigung Dateien zu löschen.

Nicht die Datei löschen, die doppelten Zeilen darin.
Geht mit einem Editor, nano z. B.

      sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/grafana.list

        sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/grafana.list

Die Grafana.list habe ich mit einem Editor angesehen und sieht folgend aus:
        deb https://packages.grafana.com/oss/deb stable main
        deb https://packages.grafana.com/oss/deb stable main
        deb https://packages.grafana.com/oss/deb stable main

        2 davon habe ich gelöscht.

Mach das Mäusekinofenster von puTTY mal breiter. Da fehlt die rechte Hälfte.
                                        Dann

                                        systemctl status grafana-server.service

                                            Boote die Kiste mal durch.

                                            sudo reboot

                                            Und dann nochmal

                                            systemctl status grafana-server.service
