Raspi 4B - Umstellung von LAN auf WLAN funktioniert nicht!

Hallo ihr Lieben,
aufgrund eines Umbaus meines Netzwerkes muss ich meinen Raspi 4B von LAN auf WLAN umstellen, was mir einfach nicht gelingen will, weil mit die WLAN-Verbindung immer nach wenigen Sekunden wieder beendet wird.
Ich habe vor rund 2 Jahren meinen Raspi installiert und habe WLAN mit "dtoverlay=disable-wifi" in der "/boot/config.txt" deaktiviert, weil ich ohnehin LAN als Verbindung gewählt habe. Mehr habe ich damals (meines Wissens nach) nicht gemacht.
Nun versuche ich schon seit Tagen auf WLAN umzustellen, habe diese Konfiguration rausgenommen und meine "/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf" so konfiguriert:

Nach einem Reboot bekomme ich für einige Sekunden (ca. 10-30 Sekunden) eine Verbindung, dann wird die WLAN-Verbindung getrennt. Gleichzeitig bin ich über LAN verbunden und habe mir auch schon die Syslog angesehen - leider für mich wenig verwendbare Informationen.
Daher habe ich es mal mit "sudo wpa_supplicant -c /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf -d -iwlan0" versucht. Auch hier wird nach kurzer Zeit die Verbindung gekappt, hier das Log von diesem Befehl.

Wo soll ich den Fehler suchen? Ich habe einfach keine Idee mehr und würde mich freuen, wenn mir jemand auf die richtige Spur bringen kann - eine Neuinstallation erscheint mir als überzogene Methode und ist mit sehr viel Aufwand verbunden.

Update von mir selbst nach tagelangem herum suchen:
Ich habe auf dem System RaspBee II als Zigbee Zentrale installiert und habe soeben in der "deCONZ Phoscon App" unter dem Punkt "WLAN" den Clientmode verwendet und hier das WLAN eingerichtet... UND!?
Es funktioniert einwandfrei bisher!
Dabei wurde mir die "/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf" natürlich neu konfiguriert und zwar mit folgendem Inhalt:

Hinweis: Das Passwort (psk) habe ich gekürzt und wurde hier offensichtlich irgendwie verschlüsselt.
Nach 2x Reboot funktioniert es immer noch und das LAN-Kabel kann erstmal weg.
Ich frage mich nur, wieso es so funktioniert? Aber wieso funktioniert es mit der manuellen Konfiguration nicht? Hat jemand eine Idee, eine Ahnung...??? Ich check das nicht.

einen server würde ich nicht über wlan einbinden - ist der zentrale punkt des netzwerks und dieser server hat je nach adapter einige verbindungen nach außen.
ich würde davon ausgehen, dass dies früher oder später zu problemen führen wird
würde mir überlegen, ob es nicht andere lösungen (evtl. master slave) gibt
